17 December 2012 – Leading global Trial Master File (TMF) technology and service provider, Phlexglobal, has today announced the launch of a new Project Management Academy to help its staff learn or improve the skills, tools and techniques required of a successful project manager.
The 12 month programme, provided at no cost to eligible Phlexglobal employees, will not only see participants develop their management skills both professionally and personally, but will also see graduates securing the internationally-recognised Association of Project Management Professional (APMP) qualification.
Within the programme, participants will learn the core skills of project management, team supervision, business development and communication and presentation skills, alongside learning demonstration and training techniques for eTMFs including Phlexglobal’s unique electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) solution, PhlexEview.

The Project Management Academy will be run across Phlexglobal’s UK and US offices and will see participants allocated a Clinical or Technical Project Manager mentor for ongoing support. In addition, a series of secondment work placements will be established across all key areas of the business for up to 12 months.
