Pfizer Inc. to Cut 500 Jobs in France Over Next 3 Years

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Pfizer Inc. said it will cut about 500 jobs in France between now and 2011, mainly among sales representatives who sell pharmaceuticals to doctors, according to a union source, confirming a report in daily Les Echos.
