PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, an increase of 10.3% over the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on February 23, 2010 to shareholders of record as of February 9, 2010.
