(OTCBB:GNLK.OB), a leading consumer genomics biotech company, filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the Period Ended June 30, 2008 (the “Report”). The Report was delayed to allow the Company to review the complaint filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, DePhillipo, et.al. v. GeneLink t/a GeneLink Biosciences, Inc., et. al., Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, August Term 2008 No. 1128, by John DePhillipo and Maria DePhillipo (the “DePhillipos”), against the Company and certain of its officers, directors and advisors. Mr. DePhillipo is the former CEO and President of GeneLink and was terminated by the Board of Directors in 2005 for cause.
