(Nasdaq and MTA: CTIC) ("CTI" or the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of up to 29,332,107 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 7,333,027 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company plans to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,399,816 additional shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 1,099,954 additional shares of its common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
