IP-10 displays pleiotropic functions including stimulation of monocytes, NK and T cell migration, regulation of T cell and bone marrow progenitor maturation, modulation of adhesion molecule expression as well as inhibition of angiogenesis, which furthermore leads to anti-tumoral effects.
