A medical device manufacturing firm has applied for public incentives to expand its operations in Riviera Beach with 178 jobs.
The Palm Beach County Commission will hold a preliminary vote on “Project Cranium” on Sept. 27. The identity of the company is confidential, but the county would reveal its name should the agreement become finalized with another vote.
Project Cranium pledged to create 178 jobs with average wages of $53,484 over five years, maintain 255 existing jobs and invest $11.9 million in an expanded facility and the purchase of new equipment.
