12 June 2008 - Phlexglobal, the specialist CRO for clinical trial administration and study support, announces a new board of directors to help continue the company’s unprecedented growth.
The new board will be led by Phlexglobal founder and chief executive officer Nicola Murgatroyd. Joining Nicola on the board is Karen Roy, who successfully launched the company’s PhlexEviewTM solution last year, and has taken up the position of global business development director.
Also joining the board are Stella Donoghue, recently appointed as finance director, and Nigel Murgatroyd who takes up the position of commercial director. Stella specialises in supporting entrepreneurial SME’s in their high growth phase which, together with Nigel’s extensive commercial experience, will facilitate Phlexglobal’s ventures into new markets and territories. Ray Clarke, founder and managing director of Datacare Business Systems Ltd, and Stephen Swiatek, UK sales director with a pan-European German company both join as non-executive directors.
