SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2005--The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear Dura Pharmaceuticals Inc. vs. Broudo, a landmark case that could change the landscape for future securities litigation lawsuits, on January 12th, 2004.
