NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pfizer Inc today announced that Charles E. Triano will join the company as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, effective June 23. Mr. Triano, who will be responsible for all investor relations functions, including communicating the financial and operational performance of the company with institutional and retail investors, will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Frank D’Amelio.
