(OTCBB: WLSI), a developer of thermal imaging, diagnostic software and equipment, announced today that it has made key additions to its medical advisory board as of September 2008. Leonard Makowka, MD, PhD, a distinguished clinical surgeon, transplantation specialist and medical researcher, Michael Shen, MD, an internal medicine specialist and expert in cardiovascular disease, and Courtney H. Lyder, ND, a professor of nursing and current Dean of Nursing at University of California, Los Angeles, will all serve as advisors to management and the board of directors, as Wellstar rolls out its revolutionary thermal imaging technologies to additional hospitals in the U.S. and worldwide. Dr. Shen is currently a member of the Company’s board of directors, and plans to continue in that capacity in addition to his new advisory role.
