WASHINGTON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - U.S. regulators have warned a General Electric Co (GE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) unit about problems with the manufacturing of water purification tanks used to provide water for dialysis treatment, a letter released on Tuesday said. Food and Drug Administration inspectors found the company’s production methods “are not in conformity” with good manufacturing practices, the agency said in a letter to GE Infrastructure, Water & Process Technologies.
