Transfer Technology International Corp. Appoints Third Member to Its Scientific Advisory Board

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - February 11, 2009) - Today Transfer Technology International Corp. (PINKSHEETS: TTIN) signed an agreement appointing Dr. David M. Silver as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Silver comes to TTI with an extremely strong background and track record in the technology sector. Dr. Silver is currently Senior Scientist at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. His research has spanned molecular physics, submarines, atmospheric chemistry, spacecraft, and ophthalmology. He has published widely in the scientific and medical journals, has been co-inventor on three patents, and has been instrumental in developing new technology and bringing it to the marketplace.

Dr. Silver’s academic credentials include a B.S. from Illinois Institute of Technology, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, a Ph.D. from Iowa State University, and postdoctoral positions at Harvard University and the University of Paris. Along the way, he had been named the Dunning Professor of Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute (1998-99) and Visiting Professor in Ophthalmology at the University of Debrecen, Hungary (2001). In addition, he has been a director of two public companies in the medical product sector.
