AUBAGNE, France & GOETTINGEN, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors decided in its meeting on March 6, 2008, to submit a proposal to the Ordinary General Meeting on April 21, 2008, to pay a dividend of €0.30 per share for the fiscal year 2007. This proposal is based on the underlying earnings per share of €1.55 achieved in fiscal 2007. For fiscal 2006, the dividend payment of former Stedim S.A. was €0.19 per share.
