TOKYO, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc. (PFE.N: Quote, Profile , Research) and Astellas Pharma Inc. (4503.T: Quote, NEWS , Research) said on Friday they have settled a disagreement over the U.S. drug maker’s top-selling Lipitor, with Astellas winning its argument that its sales contract for the cholesterol-lowering drug runs until 2016.
