TOKYO, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Japan's Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corp (4188.T: Quote, NEWS , Research) will take over Tanabe Seiyaku Co. Ltd. (4508.T: Quote, NEWS , Research) in a $4.3 billion deal, creating the nation's fifth-biggest drug maker.
