Medivir AB (STO:MVIR-B) announced today the Nomination Committee’s proposal, with reference to the upcoming 2014 Annual General Meeting, for a new Board of Directors. The 2013-2014 Nomination Committee comprises representatives of the three largest shareholders in the company at the end of the third quarter of 2013 who have accepted a seat on the Nomination Committee, together with the Chairman of the Board.
