SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intrexon Corporation, a privately held synthetic biology company, today announced the appointment of Grace E. Colón, Ph.D., as President of its Industrial Products Division and a Senior Vice President of the corporation. Dr. Colón initially will be based at the San Francisco offices of Third Security, LLC, while identifying a suitable location in the Bay Area for her Division and recruiting its team.
