Private Equity Hub -- Glycos Biotechnologies, Inc. (GlycosBio) announced the closing of a $5.0 million Series A round of financing led by venture capital firms Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) and DFJ Mercury, both leading investors in early-stage clean technology companies. Proceeds from the Series A financing will be used to hire key technical talent and to commercialize GlycosBio technology to manufacturing scale.
