Delcath Systems Inc., an early-stage medical device maker, has relocated its corporate headquarters in New York City. The company is subleasing some office space in New York City, while relocating its headquarters into a smaller and less expensive space in the city, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday.
The news came after major leadership changes in September, along with a series of cost-cutting measures and layoffs during the past 12 months.
