For the quarter ended June 30, 2007, the Company reported net income of approximately $2.2 million or $0.07 per share basic and $0.06 per share diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $2.2 million or $0.07 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2006. At June 30, 2007, the Company had cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $177.8 million.
