DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Covidien Ltd. (NYSE: COV; BSX: COV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 4, 2009, to shareholders of record on March 30, 2009.
