Centene Corporation Announces Board Member Not Standing for Re-Election

ST. LOUIS, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Centene Corporation today announced that Steve Bartlett has decided not to stand for re-election to the company’s Board of Directors in order to devote more time to his other business and personal interests. Mr. Bartlett, the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Financial Services Roundtable in Washington, D.C., has served as a director since May 2004. Mr. Bartlett will continue to serve as a director until Centene’s next Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled to be held on April 27, 2010.
