SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Bacchus Vascular Inc., a leading provider of innovative medical devices used by interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons for the minimally invasive treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and other peripheral vascular disease, announced today that it has named Dennis Rosenberg to the position of Vice President of Marketing.
Mr. Rosenberg has over 25 years experience in medical device and consumer marketing and sales. Most recently he served as Vice President of Marketing and International Sales for VNUS Medical Technologies from 2005 until June, 2007. From 1999 to 2005 he owned and operated a marketing communications consultancy, Metaphor Media, and from 2002 to 2004 concurrently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Acueity, Inc., a micro-endoscopy medical device company. Prior to that, he was co-founder and VP of Marketing and Sales for MD DataDirect, an internet medical information company, and VP and GM of Randomsoft, the software distribution division of Random House. He was also co-founder and VP, Marketing and Sales of Eclipse Surgical Technologies, a medical laser company, and co-founder and VP, Marketing and Sales of Atlantis Catheter Company, a cardiovascular device company.
