LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that Steven B. Bernitz has joined the company as its Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer. In this role, he will be a member of Concert’s executive management team, designing and implementing strategic planning initiatives and having overall responsibility for Concert’s business development activities. Mr. Bernitz replaces Jeffrey Williams who now serves as a consultant to the company.
