Petersen assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for executing the mission of all of HealthMedia’s brands through the press, tradeshows and conferences, collateral, and client support. This requires ensuring consistency of brand messaging across a variety of clients and channels, the foundation of which is built upon a thorough understanding of client and participant experiences.

Petersen has more than 10 years experience in business-to-business marketing and consulting. Prior to joining HealthMedia, she was First Vice President and Manager of the Customer Information Group at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, a division of the Dutch bank ABN AMRO, and before that Director of Marketing at CFI Group, an Ann Arbor-based customer satisfaction measurement and consulting firm. Petersen also spent several years as a marketing manager at Cummins Engine Company headquartered in Columbus, IN and is a Past President of the Junior League of Ann Arbor, Inc. She is a Board Member of the Ann Arbor Art Center and a member of the Women’s Advisory Council, Washtenaw Community College Foundation. Petersen holds a B.A. in Psychology from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
