MASON, Ohio, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Provider Synergies of Mason has announced that Texas has contracted with the company to assist its Medicaid pharmacy program. Under the agreement, Provider Synergies will support the Texas Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL) by providing clinical, safety and cost effectiveness information to its P&T Committee and negotiating supplemental rebate agreements.
Provider Synergies’ list of client states continues to grow. In 2001, Provider Synergies developed and implemented for the State of Florida the nation’s first privately managed Preferred Drug List and Supplemental Rebate program for Medicaid.
