Mr. Hickey spent 24 years with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in a wide range of roles spanning marketing, sales, and general management. He has held significant managerial posts for the pharmaceutical firm in the United States, Ireland, Canada and The Netherlands. In these positions Mr. Hickey achieved outstanding results in product development, market growth, organizational effectiveness and sales improvement.
Mr. Hickey’s most recent position was as Co-founder and President of Solex, Inc., a start-up firm specializing in the development and commercialization of CNS compounds.
