Maza and Wenzhou Zhang to serve as independent directors of the Company. Elliot M. Maza, who is currently Chief Financial Officer of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EMIS), a biopharmaceutical company, will also serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
