IRVINE, Calif., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Endocare, Inc. , an innovative medical device company focused on the development of minimally invasive technologies for tissue and tumor ablation, plans to issue a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006, at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 4, 2006, and to host a conference call to be webcast live on the Company's website (www.endocare.com/investors/webcasts.php) at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time that same day.
Slides will be used to accompany the Webcast conference call.
