Following Red Hat, he became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Adobe Systems' largest software training partner, Total Training, Inc. before launching his own executive management consulting company, BizDev Direct. As a management consultant, Mr. Andersen has held executive positions such as President, COO, Strategic Advisor, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for small and medium-sized companies based mainly in southern California.
