U.S. Group To Sue Glaxo S.Africa Over AIDS Drugs

A U.S. AIDS group said on Thursday it planned to file a class action suit against GlaxoSmithKline (GSK.L: Quote, Profile, Research) in South Africa seeking damages on behalf of people it says died because they could not afford AIDS drugs.
