LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zynex, Inc. (OTCBB: ZYXI), a provider of pain management systems and electrotherapy products for medical patients with functional disability, announced today that it is extending the deadline for filing its Form 10-Q Report for the third quarter of 2008 until November 19, 2008. The primary reason is to determine the accounting treatment for, and effects of, an Anthem BlueCross BlueShield (“Anthem”) claim and to reflect such accounting in Zynex’s financial statements. Zynex believes that it is close to a settlement with Anthem.
