Puget Sound Business Journal (Seattle) -- In an effort to cut its costs, Scolr Pharma Inc. said it’s cut two members off its board of directors. The Bothell biotech said Dr. Reza Fassihi and Gregory Weaver submitted their resignations as board members, effective March 31, leaving the company with six board members.
