LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The contract manufacturing arrangement between Medichem International (Marketing) Limited - (Medimark) and Tristel Solutions Limited, the AIM listed, Newmarket based chemicals manufacturer, ceased on 27th March 2012. Medimark’s Managing Director, Rick Hayman reported that differences had arisen between the two companies concerning Medimark’s new manufacturing and research plant. He clarified also that a press release issued by Tristel Solutions Limited on 28th March 2012, which refers to Tristel Solutions Limited having purchased a Sevenoaks based company in the Veterinary sector, does not refer to Medimark.
