(OTCPK: RCHA) (“Rich”), with the advice and guidance of Theradex Systems, Inc., Rich’s Contract Research Organization, has submitted additional information to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Investigational New Drug (IND) to conduct clinical trials for its lead compound RP-323 in Acute Myelocytic Leukemia (AML) and Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). This is the third submission (#0003) to the FDA by Rich to continue the efforts to move forward with the next phase of clinical studies using RP-323 to treat AML and MDS patients.
