Retroscreen Virology Group plc, (“Retroscreen” or “Company”), which is pioneering its hVIVO platform of human models of disease, is attending the European Respiratory Society Congress 2014, being held in Munich, Germany from the 6 – 10 September.
The Company will have an exhibition stand (Hall A1 – Booth E.24) with senior representatives on hand to explain the opportunities for using its hVIVO platform in the respiratory field. Having recently launched a new asthma model which is progressing well with anticipated exacerbations, and with further plans for a COPD model in development, Retroscreen are keen to reach out to interested parties in the respiratory field, especially where our human models of disease can help to radically improve current poor research translations.
To date, Retroscreen has conducted over 37 clinical studies, involving more than 1800 volunteers for a range of leading industry, governmental and academic clients using “‘flu”, “HRV-16” and “RSV” viral challenge agents.
