Pfizer Pharmaceutical Korea is in a legal battle with domestic drug maker Hanmi Pharmaceutical, over the former’s product, Viagra. The bone of contention is over the blue shaped design of Hanmi’s generic pill, which Pfizer claims is a carbon-copy of Viagra. Viagra, an erectile dysfunction drug, was released on the Korean market in 1998.
