1/14/2008 - A major grant has been awarded to a UK consortium working to develop predictive manufacturing tools for cell-based cancer vaccines. The UK Technology Strategy Board has awarded £1.1m ($2.2m) to a group led by biotech firm Onyvax, which will combine the expertise of the vaccine specialist with two UK universities and analytics firm LGC to work on the process technology.
