(the “Company”) (OTCBB: NVDL), a specialty pharmaceutical company developing oral spray formulations for a number of marketed products, reported financial results for the year ended December 31, 2009. For the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company reported a net loss of $7.6 million, or $0.12 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $9.6 million, or $0.16 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2008. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $2.7 million at December 31, 2009.
