Mary Beth Loesch, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Manager of Health Care Business, has 28 years experience preparing companies for rapid growth and market expansion. Prior to joining MSC, Mary Beth served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for StarTek, a publicly-traded global business processing outsourcing firm. Ms. Loesch has provided senior executive leadership to a variety of private equity backed firms and brings a vast range of specialties to MSC, including executing corporate strategy, business development, international expansion, merger and acquisition, as well as marketing and operations.

Jennie Hoff, Executive Vice President of Innovation and Operations, brings 20 years of experience in technology leadership and consulting to MSC, including three health care technology ventures. Prior to joining MSC, Ms. Hoff served as an officer in three private companies, including American Innovations, Troux Technologies and Rivet Software, a financial services SaaS firm ranked #60 on the Inc. 5000 Top Software Companies and Red Herring Top 100. She has also worked as an IT consultant to CEOs and CIOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Herb von Winckelmann, Vice President of Medical Device Industry Sales and Business Development, has over 30 years of health care experience in global sales and business development, focusing on innovative technologies and services that have revolutionized health care delivery in Europe, Mexico, Canada and the U.S. Mr. von Winckelmann created equity events for private companies such as CareLink Corporation to Matria Medical and BioTek Solutions to Ventana Medical Systems, and designed the sales and marketing plan for Stadt Solutions (now part of Amerisource Bergen).

Bob Vidal, Vice President of Human Resources, brings more than 20 years of human resources experience leading HR and operations for small to large companies across a range of industries to MSC. Prior to joining MSC, Mr. Vidal served as a senior executive for Louik Holdings, Employer Services Group, Relera, Inc., and Jato Communications. Mr. Vidal has a successful history of aligning people strategies with business imperatives to create a diverse, engaging and collaborative high-performing culture.
