(NYSE: KCI) today reported first quarter 2009 total revenue of $470.1 million, an increase of 12% from the first quarter of 2008. Foreign currency exchange movements negatively impacted total revenue for the first quarter of 2009 by 5% compared to the corresponding period of the prior year.
