FDAQRC Announces Staff Promotions and Hirings

FDA Quality and Regulatory Consultants is pleased to announce the promotion of four employees. These promotions are a result of continued growth for the company.

(Cedar Park, Texas) – 10 June 2021. – FDA Quality and Regulatory Consultants is pleased to announce the promotion of four employees. These promotions are a result of continued growth for the company.

Company President, Christopher Rush says, “2021 will be one of the biggest years yet for FDAQRC. Even during the pandemic, we saw a continued increase in projects and interest within our industry. Our promotions will continue to support that growth and position us for future years,”

Senior Project Manager, Michelle Copeland was promoted to Director of Project Management. Copeland has been with the company since 2017, serving as a consultant and a project manager. With this promotion, Copeland will lead the project management team.

Project Manager, Tammy Lesko was promoted to Senior Operations Manager. Lesko has been with the company since 2018. In this role, Lesko will manage the resourcing team and oversee consultant resourcing and internal management systems.

Project Managers, Erich Zirzow and Sarah Bronstad were promoted to Senior Project Managers. Each will lead a team of project managers, associate project managers and project coordinators. Zirzow joined FDAQRC in 2018 and Bronstad joined the company in 2020.

In addition to these promotions, FDAQRC also added staff during second quarter of 2021. Staff additions were made to meet current project needs and give us a well-rounded foundation of knowledge within our industry. As a result of this expansion, there was also a need to create new internal positions.

Amanda White has been hired as a Project Manager and will oversee external projects within her scope of expertise.

Kim Oldham has been hired to serve as a Project Manager/CSV Auditor. In this role, Kim will oversee projects and serve as lead for all CSV audits. The Project Manager/CSV Auditor role is a new internal position for the company.

Additional new roles include Tristin Bacca and Mia Walton, serving as Project Coordinators. Bacca and Walton will support the project management team as well as some internal functions at FDAQRC.

“We are in a pivotal time where we needed to grow,” Mr. Rush explained. “These hires and promotions will leave us poised for future expansion for 2022 and beyond.”
