MedPage Today -- ROCKVILLE, Md. -- The FDA on Monday launched the start of a two-year process to reauthorize the landmark Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) program, which charges drug companies fees to fund the agency’s research into drug safety and efficacy.
