LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clearant, Inc. (OTCBB:CLRI) today announced that it sold 47 Clearant Process® Sterile Implant cervical spinal and soft tissue allografts directly to surgeons, hospitals and clinics in November. Nearly doubling sales from the previous month, November implant sales were markedly higher than during any other month since Clearant launched its direct sales initiative in June 2006.
