Bioconnect Systems Inc. raised $9.1 million in a private stock sale earlier this month. The Ambler, Pa., medical device company is seeking to raise a total of $12.5 million, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Bioconnect specializes in developing surgical implants and techniques that form precisely controlled vascular connections.
