BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2006--BaroFold, Inc. announced today the issuance of United States Patent 7,064,192 B2 covering the High Pressure Refolding of Protein Aggregates and Inclusion Bodies. This patent covers technology which provides an effective method for the refolding of proteins so that properly folded, biologically active protein is recovered in high yield. The method can be applied to substantially all proteins, including soluble aggregates, inclusion bodies, and insoluble aggregates.
