Percussionaire Corporation, Adel Bougatef, MD Phd, And Marleen De Heyn Reach Amicable Settlement Resolution

SAND POINT, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Percussionaire Corporation, Adel Bougatef, MD PhD, and Marleen De Heyn announced that a confidential settlement was reached between all parties in the litigation regarding Dr. Bougatef’s departure from his role as President of the company in the Fall of 2013.
