SAND POINT, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Percussionaire Corporation, Adel Bougatef, MD PhD, and Marleen De Heyn announced that a confidential settlement was reached between all parties in the litigation regarding Dr. Bougatef’s departure from his role as President of the company in the Fall of 2013.

The settlement terms were not disclosed, but the parties regard the agreement as equitable and respectful. Both parties share the view that patients suffering from devastating respiratory conditions are their top priority; and both will continue to promote IPV use for patients in need.
