OKLAHOMA CITY, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 21, 2004, the class action lawsuit was filed in the Northern District of Texas against Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. . The complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, including allegations of dramatically overstating revenues and concealing Odyssey Healthcare, Inc.'s true prospects. The lawsuit further alleges that defendants violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5, thereby issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market. The class period is from May 5, 2003 through February 23, 2004.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of the Class. If you are a member of the Class as described above, you may move the Court no later than sixty (60) days from April 21, 2004, to serve as a lead plaintiff for the Class.
