Under the terms of the agreement, Entercel will have access to ChemDiv’s compound collection as well as bio-screening, assay development, hit-to-lead and medicinal chemistry services. The agreement will enhance Entercel’s existing technology platform and allow the application of targeted bio-screening and extended biology and chemistry services from ChemDiv, Inc. to their agricultural discovery programs.
